Make art mosaics from deliberate relationships: a repeated curve, a surprising color, a quiet space, and a clear place to begin.

Give colors a role

Choose a background, a main accent, a supporting accent, and a neutral as a working starting point. Change the distribution before adding more colors. The palette should help organize the composition rather than compete with it.

Repeat, then interrupt

Build a recognizable rhythm through recurring shapes or colors. Change one tile, scale, or orientation deliberately. The interruption becomes more meaningful when there is an established pattern to interrupt.

Protect the message

Reserve a quiet area for important lettering. Test the design as a thumbnail and at full size. A bright border or vivid mosaic background should support the headline, not make it difficult to read.

Start with the six editable resources in the layout library, or remix a ready-to-save geometric mosaic in the playground. The files are useful starting compositions, not platform-certified templates. Adapt their dimensions and spacing to the artwork you want to make.

Work with a few shapes and a small palette so the relationships are easy to compare.

Make two versions.

Change just the color distribution or tile rhythm. Keep other decisions stable while evaluating.

Record the palette, spacing, and title placement that made the composition work.
